You've got quite an imagination. What evidence do you have for that? The company stated that it couldn't find an acceptable financier or stalking horse bidder. These bozos waited until they've nearly run out of cash so that PRE declared default of the JOA, and BPZ now has to hold a fire sale in under 3 weeks.
