Doesn't this require an email follow up to ensure it is not just sarcasm ?

Or does more than two weeks go by again before the impetus of doubt that the transaction reported prompts a follow up email to ensure what has been reported is correct ?

As we found out today past reports of transactions have been purposely erroneous.
