Sometimes they will reach the "quota" of the shares they are converting and it will stop, which will hopefully happen here. This is happening because WSTI needed some funding. Who knows though. I hoping they're almost done. Nobody knows how long it will take. Just keep an eye on level 2 and watch for VFIN VNDM to get off the ask. WSTI has a lot of things happening.
