They are NOT retards; they are simply making arguments on behalf of their client - that is THEIR JOB. While you & I don't agree with their arguments doesn't mean they are retards. This is why we have a judiciary - for BOTH sides to present arguments (lame as they may be sometimes). Then a judge (or jury) decides one way or the other.
