At this point, the PPS is a clear reflection of the market just waiting and seeing. I do believe that once it is published that we see a nice run up very quickly. I hope that the K is the main focus now. Really, nothing else matters until it's done.

A lot will depend on whether the delayed 10K is related to issues that would also trigger re-statements of all of the other 2014 10Q's.

If so, then the market will want to see that the re-statements are immaterial (and if material, that hopefully the differences are a reflection of simple timing differences -- i.e. recognizing revenues in a different period but still getting to recognize them all eventually -- and NOT a reflection of revenues being lost altogether).

In addition, from a financial perspective, the market has already been told what the Q4'14 and full-year 2014 financial results are, so I'm not sure what exactly the 10K will tell them that they wouldn't already know. Granted, seeing the numbers as certified via independent audit helps provide market confidence as opposed to simply believing a company PR. In addition, it may be that the market wants to see the MD&A and other disclosures to make sure that nothing is of concern.

But considering where we are in the calendar, the Q1'15 10Q will be the more important filing. And even this is getting stale now. Especially in light of the fact that the alleged cost savings went into effect towards the end of Q1'15 (or even beginning of Q2'15), so this major component of the financials won't even be known until the Q2'15 10Q comes out in AUG.

Point of all this is simply that there are lots of moving parts here that the market is keeping an eye out for, each of which could be a positive or negative catalyst depending on what data is reported. And on top of all this, the timing of when each of these filings is released will also play a role in how the market reacts -- especially if some reflect good news and others reflect not-so-good news. We could be in for a rollercoaster ride depending on what is filed and when it is filed.

But, all in all, once the dust does eventually settles, it will be a GOOD thing to be current on the SEC filings and get the "Pink Limited Info" scarlet letter off our chest, and replace it with the Good Housekeeping seal of approval...

I don't agree, something seems very fishy that when it comes time to put out audited financials they are months late. Makes ya wonder if the Qs were exaggerated and untruthful.
