I gather you are not too familiar with the offering process.. In order for the actual capital to be raised, the SEC would need to make the S1 effective.. I have not checked the SEC website today, but the last filing for CYRX was an amended S1/A.. When the S1 becomes effective, then the raise process begins.. The majority of the process is called the road show.. After a certain period of time, both the company seeking the capital and the company representing the investors, will analyze the demand for the offering.. Once demand is determined, than negotiations begin to determine a price.. This is basic stuff. Facebook/Twitter, needed to go through this process as well pre IPO.. Reverses do not require SEC approval..

If you can please explain to me, what is a 3-1,4-1 dilution?? This is the first time I've heard this expression used..
