The most recent filing says that Kodiak owns 9.2M shares... They got awarded 15M, which means that have sold/are selling 5.8M... Given the action and June 3rd and yesterday, when BMAK was active, that amount sounds about right... The only trade that I am still curios about is the 4.3M premarket sale on Friday, June 5th...
If we exclude per-market trade on Friday, about 3.3M got traded during trade hours, of which 1.7m are reported as shorted shares. Given the price increase that day, I suspect that about 2 to 3M entered the market via BMAK on June 3rd, with additional 2-3M yesterday and today... BMAK looks to be about done.
Having said that, I believe that the float is about 6M shares...
