this is PURE speculation on your part - DELISTING criteria has been MET so let's stick to ACTUAL FACTS not pie in the sky speculation that a speculative hedge fund put some cash in on a risky bet is no factual reason that delisting WONT occur.
VRNG mgt and BOD could buy a few million shares here and signal market that WOULD HAVE prevented delisting but THEY DID NOT.
At this point no way stock closes above $1 for ten consecutive trading days prior to June 16 is there? YES OR NO?
