Newco is not Collateral; nowhere will you find Newco named as Collateral in the loan documents.

It never happened.

Seems pretty simple to me. For those who have difficulties understanding the tiresome Loan Agreement. And the Loan Agreement is a lot of material to wade through, and quite dense. It is perfectly understandable if people have questions; even a professional analyst could not figure them out!

But he plainly says:

it is not tied to whether the loan is repaid.
