The copy and past came out awful. Although we don't know what is going on with this filing and may never until May of 2018. We may yet be involved with more CT orders. I have been involved with more then a few companies that file confidential orders and on the average most have been good for the share holder. CT orders are in the best interest of the co. M.O.

I am just starting to do some DD on this company. Can you tell me what is a "CT order".

Perhaps not much. For example, PPHM filed a CT a few years ago, and stock price is wallowing around $1.30-1.45. But, it IS PPHM after all. We'll see if VICL fares better.
