When does 'one' de-cide that "OTC PS companies" are NOT
"a gamble"?

After all: Weren't "AAPL, GE, MSFT and similar...investments"
"OTC PS companies" at some points in their 'lives'?!

Is it when they move out of the "OTC PS" realm?

P.S. They're STILL "gambles" --- even IF 'one' perceives
that "the risk" has dissipated (some-what)!
