Weird. Why today and not july 7th? Why continue working in Termoelectric if they planning to sell? Why "sell substantially all of its assets" and not the whole company? that word "substantially" make me think a lot of things. Coincidently we saw manipulation to get sellers lately. Wonder if we will know who is the buyers in shareholders annual meeting. Last shake in progress?
