Someone posted not so long ago that there are no shares in ecig to short legally. Maybe try to short and see if there is anything available. It could only be NSS.
Well there are ways for the MMs (off-shore brokers etc) to enter with the failure to deliver in a cycle where it is postponed by delivering through themselves or other entities buying naked shorts once again. Eventually, this will stop but until then the damage can be dramatic.
Legal regular shorting is not possible in high numbers since there are not too many shares provided by the brokers (who would have to hold them already or buy them to offer/lend)to be borrowed in the first place here.
I think legal shorting is too expensive for OTC penny stocks. I've heard it could be as much as two and a half bucks per share but not sure how true that is. In any event it's either NSS, dilution, panic selling or a mixyure of all three, personally I don't care whichever one it is now, I just want it to stop and start realising the real potential here because you can't tell me that this isn't undervalued. I'm in it either way, to the death or to Valhalla with my lunch money tidbit. JMO
