that LOI is intent to fool people, imo

they could of said , we signed a deal..finish! yet its always we intend, we are trying , i wrote brett this..

7 months ago ,they moved to a new warehouse , either to rent the space to buy severs or lease the servers.. because of cheaper rates.

, so 1st now their have a loi

IMO the company is very close or has already secured a facility for the build out, otherwise they would not be purchasing an electrical contract..
