This CEO is impressive, rare in this OTC/swamp.
His Brazilian Government connections are big time down there.
My DD on them is all positive.

One concern, will they pull from the ground what may be there?

I'm going to keep a close eye here.
Should the news be good, I'll load at any PPS upswing.
