It is not so much the sellers,
it is that there is no reason for a buyer to step up to pay more.
So, as the sellers sells more cheap shares
this mean STWS pps much work through all the cheap shares to make any headway.

Anyway, I just hope I haven't gotten myself into another dead money company. Should have bought MNKD last week :-(
