500_and_Long: But, they don't need to go to AMEX or NASD, they only need to start off w/ getting off the pinks and onto the OTC:BB so that they become fully reporting. I'm not 100% sure, but I wouldn't think that would require them to do a R/S since many, many OTC:BB companies have more than 2BB O/S.

I don't understand for the life of me why would they sneak that in the "buyers report" PR. But, as far as the short SHM notice, it's a pink sheet stock I'd think that they don't have to answer to anybody, hence, no forced advance notice standards to adhere to.

That could explain why they want the meeting so quick. Maybe something big IS in the works? Another PR explaining it would be nice.
