Peter Michaels, the CEO of HOP-ON, and the lawsuits he is involved in are relevant to this board which is about HPNN.
Currently a FRAUD lawsuit and a lawsuit he brought against his ex-girlfriend, are the active lawsuits. Last year there was a different FRAUD lawsuit and there have been many unlawful detainer lawsuits, amongst others lawsuits. All relevant.
All lawsuits are relevant especially when they show the character, or lack of character, of the CEO, Peter Michaels.
Peter Michaels didn't pay his ex-wife the child support due and he hasn't paid the ex-girlfriend, the child support due..
BOTH of these things, while "personal" are very relevant.
Especially when it is coupled with the fact that Hop-On is now in DEFAULT because he hasn't paid the annual fees due.
NOT PAYING WHAT IS DUE seems to be a theme for Michaels and is very relevant to the stockholders of HPNN.
Since Michaels owes so much in child support, to his ex-girlfriend, I hope his Passport isn't up for renewal. That could really be a problem. Not paying child support is personal but yet it directly involves what the CEO, Peter Michaels, can or can't do.
Michaels poor taste in women is not relevant, how he doesn't pay what a court orders is relevant. I see a difference maybe others don't.
