I would have to completely disagree about Gemini.

One has to really understand their role in the picture, but they will always be a friendly voice to listen to.

To file a lawsuit or cause one to be filed on any company that is cash broke is never a very smart thing to do.

Gosh is cdex cash broke? No kidding? Must be tough to get those "contractors" to come to the hole in the wall for nothing.

Gemini can't be that smart, they're still holding cdex stock, of course they have to, since they can't unload it.
