I get what you're saying, Suit or not it should be business as usual. I still won't dismiss the suit. I believe this is really what started it all. To me things don't look good for them pps wise. Hope they do make the money. I'm betting they settle out of court. We'll see what happens with the CC. Lots of people will be listening to see what the next move will be. GLTU

Modrica, good points.
First off, the lawsuit is frivolous. If you are talking about that little do nothing company that sues a year or two ago. Never amount to anything.
Second off, maybe this has been discussed before, but only shareholder selling is the one they fired. He came on from a buyout and took cash and stock. He wasn't doing his job and cost them money in Xmas delivery Q. He has been only insider seller that I see. When he is done, back up they go. I am waiting to double up at that point.
Lastly, at 3 they were overvalued. Here, grossly undervalued. We will get to fair value by year end if not sooner.
