I think we all should be concerned with dilution, however I believe in this particular case it's a much needed growth tool that's needed for us to continue as a going concern. I think we'll see greater added value plus larger revenues in return for the expenditures. In no way, shape, or form do I believe JB takes lightly the proposed increase, but were not quite there yet as far as retaining credit lines and such, it's coming but in the mean time we still have to stay on top in the front lines with suppliers which are frequently providing opportunities that demand overhead. I am positive those who have remained fully invested will be glad we did and I've kept my money where my mouth is. This imo is an awesome opportunity for investors, when we start recieving regular pr's outlining present and future plans I believe our pps will bounce to where we should be.GLTAL

holter49, Sure I am, isn't everyone? That is the reason why the pps is down as far as it is and may go lower. Many S3 longs were worried about it and got out of S3. Are you saying that the request and approval of the 8 billion a/s makes the business plan of S3 worthless? What was your estimate of what the pps should be before S3 proposed the 8 billion increase in the a/s, one cent or two cents? If you thought the pps should be .02 before the increase in the a/s, after the 8 billion increase, the pps should still be worth .004, shouldn't it? .004 is still four times higher than the pps is right now. Or are you saying that the amount of a/s is the only thing that matters as far as S3 is concerned? What the Bickels are doing with the company should matter some in the pps calculation. Something to think about. GLTY scoob
