Oh yes. I've seen them go much further. Some have sponsored sports teams, or individual athletes, which isn't cheap. USXP had advertisements all over Shea Stadium. (Though in the end they never paid for them.)
But what I find concerning about HJOE is that they keep announcing things that are somehow never confirmed. They're always "waiting on Legal". They're by now quite delinquent with their filings. And their antics at Twitter and Facebook are about as unprofessional as it gets.
