I think Kim may be very close to reshuffling the deck and will deal soon.

I thought we would hear something yesterday after the close. It does have me concerned the SEC won't issue an effective statement. I know how risk averse, SEC or government entities can be, but this is just odd. A law firms opinion should do it, but why hasn't this gone through already?

Well I can't say I haven't heard or seen some whispers to that effect. I think much of this talk is going out the window, and some folks are going to see that simply knowing some VC people can be meaningless. They refuse to hear the problems associated with other technologies.....all the while maintaining we are being rigid.

The science and business of all of this will come together publicly and our company will be superior and unique in this world!

Well that is not a small statement. I would love to hear that KBLB designed something so fantastic that the VC world wakes up to the snow job they have been listening to. I am sure they do have the big money going out in tranches according to milestone being met.....but I get tired of people thinking they have something, when I know they are being deceived. On some level it is being done deliberately. ...and so the battle rages. Thanks though King.
