I'm wrong? You think the trial is still this September? How can that be possible?

The prior schedule had discovery ending in early July and the trial two months later in early September. TMM has now as you say begged the Judge to delay the end of discovery three more months which would be early October, at least. Which makes the earliest possible trial date in December, which we all know wont happen during that holiday season.

With HP entering the case I would assume that new delay would be a minimum of 6 months and maybe longer, putting this trial into late 2016 or longer.

This new schedule coming out later this week will not include the impact of HP but as I said I expect the new date to be early 2016 and then after HP weighs in it will move much later.
