Red Angus .. I like what you are saying. I'm sure you considered that the appellate judges had their chance to reverse or at least take on V's en banc request in the face of affirmative judge, jury, UPSTO trials.Yet, they arrogantly held fast (albeit pre-TEVA). Chen did not seem to weigh in enough to break the solidarity as spurious as that was.
