A bad product and the Worst customer service. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have the service for 2 years. My phone is not working for more than 3 months now, and they do not even reply to my emails. They have created a ticket KWY-928-37950 for me, but that is all. 1. Nettalk gets your money for a year and then they leave you on your own. 2. The phone quality is not so good either. 3. Worth to spend a little bit and go with quality services like ooma or fido 4. I'm going to file a complain with AMEX and get my money back, wish me good luck. 5. I'll post this on every blog about Nettalk customer service. 6. The worst part is I paid even $30 to port in my number to their company.
