No, I was referencing the potentially continuing dump from MMSM, along with insiders where their par value could be 0.00001. What do they report in the OTC filings? Answer: They don't.

Yeah. A few traders will wait for the first batch of JV PRs, and buy. Then sell into the paid P&D staged later. Nothing wrong with a quick flip trade. Compete with the insiders to sell to the dreamers who fall for the P&D. But, it has nothing to do with "investing" in an oil company. BAYP is just a stock dumping scam. Insiders make money. Traders might make money depending on their timing. "Investors" or dreamers get screwed.
