RICHARD E CRAWFORD HAD CONTROL OF THE BEGINNING JANUARY

The Court Documents placed a judgment on the Assets of GHDC and a Public Auction was executed on May 22
Look at the Date of the Bankruptcy Judgment on the Docs
The Court ordered an Auction at which time ANYONE including GHDC could have attended the Auction and BID on the Property
They did not show up or BID
That Document was the judgment against GHDC
It does NOT ALLOW GHDC to buy back their property any time they decide to
The Judge Ordered the Auction with the Claims representing the FAIR MARKET Value of $10,000 Stipulated by the Bankruptcy Referee
So the Proceeds of the Auction were designated to auctioned so Robert Corrigan's Creditors could Recover something
