Let's get this straight though for all reading this: THERE ARE NO RUMORS of a RS.
I disagree solar. Any reverse split in OTC is usually bad news. Their is no reason whatsoever to do one. 300 million shares is nothing for successful companies. This stock hit over .40 cents on nothing. If QMC reports revenues and sales it will easily hit over a dollar IMO.
