If I were thinking about buying, I would never buy before an RS. I think that is what the market is saying.

Now, GC does try to move the stock with data and lies, but well, RS almost never result in a long term improvement in the pps.

Any pop from good news would likely come back to earth. I think that is what is going on.

Also, announcing an RS and then not doing it for some time will most definitely put pressure on the pps.
