I AM RIGHT, SO I AGREE - there is NO STATEMENT made that CAN GUARANTEE that a COUNTY or a STATE will give them a GUARANTEED LICENSE
it does not work this way....
that does not make it lies, it does not make it puffery
it is called a PROCESS...
a PROCESS of LICENSING - and INCC has proven that they are going through the process....that is all i need to see....
I already know the process takes time
I already know the process will have some snags....
that is not the fault of INCC - that is just the LICENSING BUSINESS.....
working with countys, municipalitys, states, etc.....
ITS all FINE for me and I feel many STRONG LONGS feel it is fine for them too....
