I CANNOT FIND THIS STATEMENT that INCC DECLARED and GUARANTEED that the AUDIT WOULD BE COMPLETE.....


i see a statement that the AUDITOR said to INCC that the AUDITOR is assuring that it will be complete....


but I SEE NOTHING ABOUT INCC promising or declaring that it will be done GUARANTEED - I DONT SEE THAT .....
