LOL!!!! THERE was never a time where INCC came out and PROMISED an AUDIT - - if you can show me the announcement that says - INCC PROMISES AND GUARANTEES that the AUDIT will be complete - then I would agree - but I DONT AGREE with you saying that INCC promised this....
