They have the capacity to fill up to $250,000,000 in orders
The testing results show that their product works
The HydroPlant both saves money and reduces emissions
Government(s) have offered to subsidize it
They have a good management team
Purchase order(s) have been received

Why then can I buy 2 shares for a penny right now?

I understand you're disappointment and frustration. However, why assume the worst and post negative comments? That will not inspire anyone to give this a second glance. Even if this was a scam, which I don't believe it is, it would be poising for an upward trend in order to make some money. Either way, it's better, as a shareholder, to not say negative things. We are all looking forward to updates.

As for me, it's boom or bust. I am down significantly, but still believe in the potential of this company, and it's product. I also have no problem with the CEO. He's not behaving like a con artist, IMO. Most legit CEO's are not going to respond to e-mails, etc. from penny stock players while they're trying to grow a business.
