Why would one want to invest in something where the "ceo" has to be constantly hounded just to get Financials out on time? Not to mention he's a well known scam artist and is up to his old dirty tricks again. How could any of this be safe at all?

You are doing a fantastic job Gator and I for one thank you for all the digging and reporting that you do.

I was asked what my thoughts are on a RS and I will repeat what MM told us all. An RS is not on the table and it is the worst thing a company can do to raise funds. Additionally, he stated in the last CC that revenues will continue to climb quarter by quarter. Those revenues are coming from the biochar side of the business.

I'm starting to think both V's need some Carl Icahan type of intervention. I think that would solve a lot of the existing transparency problems
