Stockholders are being sold down the drain.
As far as A/S goes, "management" can change that any time they want using their 24 BILLION votes they gave themselves.
Question: Why would they give themselves 24 BILLION shares to retain voting control if they didn't anticipate possibly increasing the O/S to 48 Billion?
