Benny is a genius. On the surface it looks like he took a calculated risk. He delayed the reports which seem to have stopped the conversions and thus stopped the increasing AS. knowing that the conversions and the penalties ultimately would be paid off when the company was revenue driven. He envisioned that if the dilution continued the stock price would probably have dropped to .0005 so the dilutors would end up paying maybe .0002. If they had to finance $250k for the quarter this would have come out 1.25 billion share increase. Instead Benny and Mark financed the quarter with the hope the share price would increase and they could pay the debt and penalties off without raising the AS as much. IMO
