Actually yeah, there does need to be a deal with the locals... Mendo county Sheriffs are quite seasoned in this department... I am actually confused now, however, as I though the whole County sponsored/endorsed plant tag thing (Zip-Tie's) was over, and even being contested in Federal court. Whatever the case may be, just looking at the way that Zip Tie was affixed to that plant means that there wont be much of a crop to even worry about lol!

--> what does this mean exactly? I though UCann were the ones giving guidance on this project... That photo of the blue Zip-Tie attached snugly to the base of a stem is a tribute to the vast amount of "experts" in the business who are anything but... But they are experts and they will catch the problem with that right away...
