There is no partnership. NTEK simply has an app that can be downloaded to Apple's machine. Nothing more, nothing less. The only way NTEK profits is if somebody buys their content. From the looks of things, buying NTEK's content must not be going to well. Hence the need to dump another 400 mm shares on the faithful.
