That's kind of what I was thinking. As mentioned by another poster regarding toxic debt. I know that stock options that typically go along with that debt can have horrible outcomes on company stock, but I don't think that's an issue here either because that type of financing has been avoided and I don't think MMMW would take that path.
As far as the near term outlook for MMMW, I think we will be stuck in neutral until real sales are announced. Hopefully that happens before the stock increase because I think that's going to depress the stock price even further without something positive to go along with it. Without sales and additional shares authorized I see us missing the days when this was a 1¢ stock.
Hopefully sales come through soon. Any sales are pure hopeful speculation at this point.
