What's funny is even if the company wanted to dilute the crap out of it there is no volume and sp would drop quick if they tried. I understand the bcbs thong but there are way more people in the usa than canada so why not promote now. Of not it will only take 8 bucks at a time to bring us,sub penny. I wonder what the stakeholders think about that
