Great post. What does Mr. Saenz actually bring to the table? No evidence available that he or his partners are successful at anything.
Looks to me Saenz may be the new CEO by default because Vakser couldn't come up with any of the promised financing for KOLBE GLOBAL deal. Happens all the time in sub penny land.
