On May 18, 2015, after weeks of discussions, the Company and North American Survival Systems (NASS) have finalized a distributorship agreement between the parties. Moving forward, as one of the Company’s affiliates and through this agreement, the Company will act as a key distributor of NASS’s patented high-intensity LED Strobe Lights! ;-)
