No by "others" I mean the people on the message boards passing rumors.
The company has not stated that the CTO will not effect the spin out. I am sure if they did you would have posted a link.
And I am also sure that the regulators in Canada have not said that either. The only official word that the shareholders have is the CSE regulations that state the company must have no issues with ANY Canadian regulatory body.
So you are trying to convince me that the CSE made a rule that they have no intent on enforcing. They just said that in their rules to try to scare away scams? They actually have no issue with a company with regulatory issues all over the country.
