PRPM ceo Saenz DID NOT say "no r/s for PRPM." All that he said was no reverse split for the dividend transaction. One has nothing to do with the other. PRPM will get a r/s. It has to. 10.6 billion shares pre Saenz. Not his fault

Nowhere does it say "no reverse split." What that PRPM PR actually said is that there will be no r/s "for this transaction" referring to the dividends.
