Hey... I know a lot a Canadians who own some MDMN stock...

I'll bet most of them will appreciate the NI 43-101...

And look at all the attention... just mentioning the report got here on the board...

So many here apparently have heard of it... researched it... and pointed out it's significant purpose for the Canadian mining company's on their stock exchange...

Actually sounds pretty important... very beneficial to have... after seeing/hearing all that...

The NI 43-101 does not apply to MDMN. They are not a Canadian issuer and do not report to Canadian regulators. When a non-Canadian stock starts talking about issuing a NI 43-101 report, bells and whistles should be sounding as a plethora of red flags are raised.
