This is a non-reporting company, "Insider rules" don't apply. If you feel you have been damaged by their actions, you can seek recovery in state court.
You are assuming there is some material non-disclosed information. An insider can sell but not on material nondisclosed information although as a nonfiler it really doesn't matter does it. BAYP recently become current on their filings. That is the important thing...and we all know how this works through non-disclosed affiliates and such.
Someone dumped from a block position today. That is new paper, an increase in the float. Plain and simple. And that only means one thing, much more to come. :-D
