Well that's something, at least. If they are for real, IMO they need to hit up all available avenues, especially if they are going to set them up in the first place!
Of course not, "writers" make money on that Canadian news site by writing the so-called news. The more news articles that one writes, the more money you make. DigitalJournal offers to pay writers for their efforts - Bloggers, amateur writers, students, etc. Digital Journal can’t afford live reporting. Therefore, when larger companies post their live news feeds, the "digital journalists" are asked to take said news and repost it.
