This looks bad for face value but I don't think people realize what epgl is doing. They are most likely getting offers from other companies and coo is holding up negotiations by strong arming them. So epgl can either sit back and wait in hopes a deal gets done letting all their hard work get passed by or sue, push cooper's hand and make them publicly validate epgl by saying yes we are working with them. In business it's unfortunate but cooper is going to get caughy usinga shady business tactic bc if the lawsuit for 4 billion is initiaed cooper will have to notify shareholders and realistically they can't lie, they can skew but they can't lie. And if they are working with epgl which they obviously are it will legitimize epgl.
