I think every agrees it is far from a slam dunk, but valuation matters and phase 1 data provides enough rational for phase 2.

Always been confused by this. So if you have a crappy trial, it's ok if the valuation of the company is low, but not if the valuation of the company is high?

Crappy trial is crappy trial.
